Thank you for using YaYa - Chat & Share Moments (the “Software” or “App”) ! Team YaYa(“we” or “us”) is committed to providing a safe and healthy social environment and strictly prohibits any acts of sexual abuse against children and adolescents through the App. Child sexual exploitation and abuse can exist in many forms, such as grooming, sexual extortion, live-streamed child abuse, perceived first-person (often called “self-generated”), and child sexual abuse materials (CSAM). To ensure the safety and privacy of children, we have established the following Child Safety Standard Policy (the “Policy”).
This Policy applies to all users of the Software. Please take the time to read the Policy carefully. By accessing the Software, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with this Policy.
1.USER AGE RESTRICTIONS
We use the terms child and children in any of the Policy and define them as any person under the age of 18 (or such applicable age of majority under relevant local laws of the user).
Child is not allowed to be registered as user of the Software.
2.CONTENT COMPLIANCE POLICY
Prohibited Content:
As the App user, you may submit photo, video, text or any other material (collectively “Content”) to the App or receive the Content during interaction with other user. We hope our users to be able to express themselves as much as possible, however, any of the following content is not allowed to be presented in our App (collectively “Offending Content”):
a.Content with excessive violence, blood and gore;
b.Depictions or encouragement of harmful or dangerous activities;
c.Content inappropriate for children such as pornography, gambling, etc. ; and
d.Content related to child sexual exploitation and abuse, such as:
·Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing);
·Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child);
·Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children);
·Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images);
·Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
The above prohibitions also apply to, including but not limited to, direct or indirect sharing, requesting, linking, participating (such as liking or reposting, or following the distributed account), or expressing any desire for such content that may consider being violate this Policy.
3.PARENT GUIDE
The Software and related services offered by us are not intended for child. If you share your Android phone or tablet with child, you can turn on parental controls to block downloads the Software so as to ensure the safety and appropriate use of such electronic devices by child.
4.IN-APP FEEDBACK MECHANISM
If you find out Offending Content in our App, please use the in-app reporting system or contact Jacob, who specializes in Offending Content via email at TeamYaYa@outlook.com.
Please note that engaging with Offending Content may be illegal. Please be sure to report the Offending Content right away and do not like, reply to, quote-post, screenshot, follow accounts who distribute, or otherwise engage with the Offending Content.
If immediate danger is suspected, you should contact local your law enforcement agency. Child safety organizations in various regions are as follows (for reference):
We sincerely hope that you will report that emergency information to the aforementioned law enforcement agencies simultaneously before receiving our response to prevent incidents of child endangerment.
5.OUR MEASURES
We place a heavy emphasis on child safety and are committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We block, detect and remove Offending Content in the Software through automated detection, human review, and reports submitted by our users.
If we become aware of any Offending Content or receive a report thereof, we will immediately remove such content and, depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may issue a warning, short-term or permanently ban or removal of the accounts that posted or shared such content, or report the violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the applicable local law enforcement agency.
